María Juliana is a research assistant for the Creando Comunidades de Indagación project, a collaboration between Project Zero and Innova Schools in Peru that explores ways to develop and support a culture of inquiry-based teaching and learning across a network of schools. Before her work at Project Zero, María Juliana was a high school philosophy and mathematics teacher in Colombia. She also coordinated the research area of a consulting firm focused on developing organizational cultures to foster innovation. María Juliana holds a B.A. in Philosophy and an M.A. in Philosophy, both from Universidad de los Andes (Bogotá, Colombia), and an Ed.M. in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
