The Good Play Project

Text:

Founded in 2007, the Good Play Project studies the relationship between the new digital media and young people's sense of ethics. Funded by The MacArthur Foundationa's Digital Media & Learning Initiative, Good Play seeks to understand how young people conceptualize their participation in virutla worlds and the ethical considerations that guide their conduct. In our research and educational interventions, we focus on five ethical fault-lines that are salient in the digital age -- identity, privacy, ownership, and authorship, credibility, and participation.
